JustinBradley’s client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is seeking a Marketing / Communications Specialist IV to develop core messaging to ensure organizational consistency and advance stakeholder progression to drive awareness, advocacy and adoption of business objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the delivery of information and corporate communications to key stakeholders.
• Utilize a wide variety of channels to deliver content (blogs, executive briefings, video blogs, articles, talking points etc.

to communicate business goals.

• Establish relationships throughout company to help provide stakeholders with most effective solutions to business needs.
• Organize major events and PI Planning.
• Develop and maintain a proactive and effective corporate internal communications strategy and process for key deliverables such as divisional accomplishments and enterprise decks.
• Draft and edit written communications.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders.
• Manage the document library.

Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and time management.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must.
• Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology is a plus.
• Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree.
• 8-10 years related experience is a plus.
